John Salvo
May 4, 1922 — February 19, 2013
John J. Salvo of Rockland, formerly of Belmont and Watertown, passed away peacefully February 19, 2013, after a brief illness. Beloved husband of the late Rita Salvo. Loving father of Marie Kendrigan and her husband Robert of Hanson. Adored grandfather of April Manupelli and her husband Rick of Hanover, and Robert Kendrigan. Devoted Great Grandfather of Gabrielle and Anthony Manupelli of Hanover. He is also survived by his sister Connie Salvo, sister-in-law Angie Salvo, a niece and many nephews.
Visitation Saturday, March 2, from 11-12pm at the MacKinnon Funeral Home, 760 Washington Street, Whitman.
Mr. Salvo enjoyed fishing, singing, playing the harmonica and spending time with his family, especially his great grandchildren.
