William Schofield

December 31, 1952 — April 18, 2018

William J. Schofield,  65 of Rockland passed away on April 18, 2018. Beloved son of the late Bertha (Caldwell) and John B. Schofield of N. Weymouth. Bill, as he was known to most, was loved by so many, including his children, Megan Schofield, Briana Schofield, her husband Allen Mulvey and Daniel Schofield, and the late Jason Schofield. His partner Nancy Doherty. Brother of Lorena Giordano, her husband Anthony Giordano, Debora Coulsey, the late Jean Barnes, her husband Carl Barnes and the late Jacqueline Schofield. Niece and nephews Nathan, Bryn, Benjamin, and Kyle. His grandchildren, Patrick, Nicholas, and Emily. Bill will be deeply missed by his large extended family and many friends.

A visitation will be held at MacKinnon Funeral Home, 760 Washington St, Whitman, on Wednesday April 25, 5-7pm. A memorial service will be held at the First Congregational Church, 12 Church St., Rockland, Thurs., April 26, 11am.
