Timothy O'Rourke

Timothy O’Rourke of Boston passed away unexpectedly on February 5, 2025, at the age of 40. Tim was raised in Whitman and attended Whitman Hanson High School. After his schooling he went right to work and framed houses as a carpenter for many years.

In his free time Tim enjoyed science, making and repairing watches and most of all playing his guitar. In his younger years he and his brother would go fishing and create memories that would last a lifetime.

Tim was the son of the late Michael and Lorraine O’Rourke. He was the brother of Patrick O’Rourke, his partner Amanda Eldredge of Abington and Kenneth O’Rourke of Brockton. He also leaves behind extended family and friends.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a visitation in memory of Tim on Tuesday February 11, 2025, from 5-7PM in the MacKinnon Funeral Home, Whitman. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Tim’s memory to SAFE project.  https://www.safeproject.us/memorial/
