Rosemarie Bentley

Rosemarie L. Bentley, age 80 of Brockton passed away January 1, 2023 in her bed at the Baypointe Rehabilitation Center in Brockton. Daughter of the late Vincent and Jennie Durante of Quincy. Wife to the late Mark Bentley of Brockton.

She is survived by her sister Annabella Ginches and her husband Fred Ginches of Wareham and her brother Rico Durante and his wife Linda Durante of Rome Maine. Her sister-in-law Gail Durante of Hanson and her sister-in-Law Gail Durante of Coppers Cove Tx.

She is predeceased by her Brother Vincent Durante of TX, her Brother Clement Durante of Hanson and her sister Carmela Mood and her Husband Robert Mood of Quincy.

Rose was a United States Navy Veteran of the Vietnam and Cold War Era serving in Boston, South Weymouth, and Rota Spain. She met her late husband CPO Mark Bentley while stationed in Boston. In earlier days Rose could easily  be found at one of the South Shores many beaches or riding in one of her Mustang convertibles. Rose had passion for life before succumbing to one of the many illnesses and complications that eventually took her life. She will be missed by her many nieces and nephews and surviving sisters and brother. Rest In Peace dear Sister.

Relatives and friends invited to visitation on Tuesday January10th 11am -12 pm. A Memorial service will follow at 12 pm in the funeral home.

Interment with Military honors will be held at Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne at 2:30 pm.
