Phyllis Nelligan
April 4, 1928 — July 25, 2016
Phyllis F. (Pizzi) Nelligan, 88 of Duxbury formerly of Braintree passed away July 25, 2016. Wife of the late Richard A. Nelligan former Braintree Fire Dept. She is survived by her four sons Richard A. Jr. and his wife Sharon of Brockton, Donald M. and his wife Carol of E. Sandwich, Robert A. and his wife Sue of Bridgewater, and Kevin J. and his wife Annette of Abington. Phyllis was the oldest of 7 siblings, 2 survived by; Virginia Balboni of Braintree, and Ruth Pizzi of Quincy. Also grandmother of 10 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Phyllis’s passion was her family and being a mom, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Visiting hours in the MacKinnon Funeral Home 760 Washington St., Whitman on Wednesday July 27 th 9-11 am.
A funeral service will follow in the funeral home at 11 am. Relatives and friends invited to attend.
Burial to follow at St. Francis Cemetery in Weymouth.
