Norman L. Pyne, age 52, passed away unexpectedly at his home July 10, 2018. He was born in Brockton to the late Arthur R. and Gladys I. Pyne. Norman enlisted in the U.S. Army and was stationed at Fort Ord, Calif. After leaving the service, he returned to Brockton. Norman is survived by his six siblings, Bruce Pyne of East Bridgewater, Diana (Dan) Deaton of Hanover, Cheryl (Kevin) Foust of San Jose, Calif., Linda (Mike) Reuber of Saint Paris, Ohio, Russ (Holly) Pyne of North Easton and Loreen Pyne of Norwood. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, John Doherty of Providence, R.I., Matthew Doherty of Stoughton, Leslie (Nathan) Dickinson of Farwell, Mich., and Callie and Charlotte Pyne of North Easton. He also leaves behind several aunts, uncles, many cousins and second cousins. Additionally, he leaves behind his close friend, Nancy Britton. He was predeceased by his nephew, Samuel D. Pyne of Raleigh, N.C. The family will have a private graveside service with interment in Beaver Cemetery, East Bridgewater.
