Miguel Del Valle Orozco

Miguel Del Valle Orozco was born May 6th 1943. He grew up in Canovanas, PR with his 4 brothers and 4 sisters. In search of opportunities and a better life, Miguel moved to Framingham became his home as he lived there the rest of his life.  Miguel was employed at Raytheon where he worked for 35 years until retirement. Beside his wife Hortencia, he leaves behind 3 children, Elizabeth, Marisette and Miguel Jr. He was also a grandfather of 8 wonderful grandchildren.

Once he retired he spent his time going to Cushing Memorial Park where he’d walk 3 miles twice or sometimes 3 times a day. During the summer he would bbq, sit in his hammock and enjoy the weather. If he wasn’t spending time with his family he was out giving his neighbors a ride to get groceries or go to a doctor’s appointment. He was always willing to lend anyone a hand.

Miguel passed away unexpectedly January 27th 2018 after suffering a hemorrhagic stroke on December 24th 2017. He will be missed dearly by his family as he was always a good husband, father and grandfather. A memorial of remembrance will be held on a later date.
