Michael P. Howley, age 58 passed away August 3, 2022. Mike is survived by his Devoted Wife of 19 years Virgen “Vicky” (Delgado) Howley. His childen Hommy of Jennings FL, Isleen of Stow MA, Tony of Bradenton FL, and Breana of Jennings FL. Son of Eileen (Kelly) Howley, and the late Patrick Howley. Brother of Joseph Howley and his wife Nicole and their 4 children, Erin, Patrick, Tommy and Mary. His brother Mathew and his wife Diane and their 2 children Kiera, and Brenna. Also survived by his grandchildren, Isleen’s – Maddox, Zagan, Tony’s Kamden, Breana’s Addison, Jackson.
He graduated in 1982 from Weymouth Vocational high school. He served 4 years following high school in the United States Army where he was stationed in Korea and Honduras. Following his military service he was employed by New England Satellite Communications in Shrewsbury MA, IDB Communications in Los Angeles CA, WHDH Channel 7 Boston MA, and ending his career with PSSI Communications of Las Vegas NV. Mike truly loved his profession. His work brought him across the country, and around the world. He was responsible for providing satellite communications for the news, sports and other various events. Mike even provided communications for various presidents during his career. Mike loved riding his motorcycle with the love of his life Vicki. He also enjoyed snowmobiling, and in his younger days skiing and camping. He also occasionally enjoyed a good nap. We will all miss Mike’s love and sense of humor. May he rest now in peace.
Visiting hours will be held on Monday August 8 th 5-8 pm in the MacKinnon Funeral Home, 760 Washington St., Whitman, MA 02382.
Funeral Mass Tuesday in Holy Ghost Church, Whitman at 10:30 am.
Burial to follow at Knollwood Memorial Park in Canton.
