Linda Leonard

Linda F. (Gaudette) Leonard, 73 of Middleboro passed away peacefully at home Wednesday June 19, 2019 after a long illness surrounded by her family. She was the daughter of the late Francis Gaudette and Edna (McColligan) Gaudette of Brockton, wife of Robert Leonard her childhood sweetheart and loving husband for

50 years. Devoted mother of Michele Leonard of Brockton, Marci Roy and husband Guy of Wareham, Robert Leonard and wife Victoria of Taunton, and Jessica Leonard of Middleboro and Nana of Zachary Leonard of Brockton, sister- in -law of James Leonard and the late John “Rich” Leonard of Avon. She also leaves

behind cousin Marlene Daigle of Maine and three nieces and nephews Susan, Brian, and Erin.

A natural born compassionate caregiver, She was a stay at home Mom until her children were grown, and then worked as a home health aide for many years until her illness forced her retirement. She enjoyed reading, music, knitting and crocheting and was an avid tennis and football fan. She will be remembered most for her sense of humor and her kindness, and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
