Joseph Foscaldo, Sr.

Joseph M. Foscaldo, Sr. lifelong resident of Dorchester formerly of South Boston passed away June 5, 2013 at age 96. Husband of the late Carmella (Petrone) Foscaldo. Loving father of Mary F. O’Neil of Ohio, John J. Foscaldo of Milford, Joseph M. of Whitman and James A. of Weymouth. Brother of the late Frankie, Charles William, John, Jimmy, Helen, Marie, and Catherine Foscaldo. Also survived by 8 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Joseph was WW II Veteran serving in the U.S. Army and he also served during the Korean War in the U.S.M.C. . His two passions were golfing and the Boston Red Sox. He was a member of the President’s Golf Club in Quincy, where he had 6 holes in one.

Funeral Mass Monday in Holy Ghost Church, Whitman at 9 am.
Interment at St. Joseph Cemetery in West Roxbury.
