Jose “Jerry” L. Casiano

Jose was a very genuine and likable guy. He enjoyed traveling and exploring the local cuisine wherever he was. He enjoyed going out to eat and keeping his Puerto Rican roots alive any way he could. Above all else Jose was a family man. He cherished his children and grand children and he will be missed by all who knew him. 

Jose was the grandson of Bartolo Casiano and his wife Adela. He was the beloved son of Gelin Casiano and Carmen Massa. Jose was the Loving Husband of Michelle Bedard of Brockton. He was the devoted father of Kassandra Casiano and her husband Jonathan of Brockton, Deja Casiano of Brockton and Alyssa Joyette of Brockton. Jose was grandfather of Tru, Jonathan and Adelina. Jose also leaves behind his siblings Elias DeJesus, Mabel Casiano Gibbons, Walter DeJesus, Angel DeJesus, Brenda Casiano, Angel Casiano, Melinda Kiley, Melissa Estrada and Karen Davila. 

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a visitation for Jose on Thursday July 6, 2023 from 4-8pm in the MacKinnon Funeral Home (760 Washington St. Whitman). A funeral Service will take place in the funeral home on Friday July 7, 2023 at 11:30am. Burial will be private. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to St Jude Children’s Hospital.
