Joan E. (Brown) Ireland , 78 of East Bridgewater and Bonita Springs, FL passed away December 18, 2017. Beloved wife of James Ireland. Loving mother of Nancy Adams and her husband Mark of Bridgewater, Karen Laing and her husband Bill of Peachtree City, GA, Susan Troup and her husband Dick of East Bridgewater, and Janice Griffin and her husband David of East Bridgewater. Sister of Francis Brown and his wife Connie of Falmouth, Clare Delaney-Moniz of Hyannis, and Anne Belesca of Chebeugue Island, ME. Grandmother of Michael, Nicholas, Shayne. Mitchell. Samantha, Brooke, Cameron, Danielle, and Haley. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends invited to attend visiting hours in the MacKinnon Funeral Home 760 Washington St., Whitman on Thursday Dec. 21 st 4-8 pm.
A Funeral Mass will be on Friday in St. John’s Church, East Bridgewater at 10 am.
