Jeffrey Allen

Jeffrey “Jeff” W. Allen Corrections Officer for Plymouth County Correctional Facility of Buzzards Bay formerly of Bridgewater passed away suddenly January 18, 2015 at the age of 44. He was the beloved son of Robert E. Allen, Sr. and Kathleen T (Rice) Allen of Bridgewater. Devoted brother of Robert E. Allen, Jr and his wife Jennifer of Bridgewater. Loving uncle of Max, Katie and Gillian. Loving partner of Jessica Enos of Buzzards Bay.

Jeffrey grew up in Bridgewater and graduated from Bridgewater-Raynham High School, Class of 1990. He attended Massasoit College. He was an avid sports fan and he played a variety of sports in school. He also enjoyed camping at Sebago Lake, fishing, and traveling. Besides spending time with his nieces and nephew, one of his biggest joys in life were his 3 dogs Bruno, Stoli, and Isis. Jeff was a wonderful son, brother, an amazing uncle, and a giving and generous friend.

Visiting hours in the MacKinnon Funeral Home, 760 Washington St. Whitman on Friday Jan. 23 ^rd 3-7 pm.

Funeral Mass in St. Thomas Aquinas Church, 103 Center St., Bridgewater on Saturday at 10 am. Relatives and friends invited to attend. Interment private.
