Jean O'Neill

O’Neill of Sandwich Jean M. (Scully) died at her home in Sandwich on Sunday night September 20, 2009 surrounded by her family. She was 75. Wife of the late John G. O’Neill, Jr. Jean was born in Boston and has lived at her home in Sandwich for over 30 years. She enjoyed having her family and friends spending time around her house, in Forestdale while relaxing in her favorite red chair.

She is survived by her 9 children. Sons Michael of Plymouth, Billy of Quincy, Daniel of Norwell, Jack of Hyannis, Mark of Sandwich and Brian of Kingston. Daughters Linda Ginn of Mashpee, Katie Bent of Kensington, NH, and Nancy Buchenan of Sandwich. Sister of Lois Murphy of GA and the late William Scully. Also survived by 17 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.

Visiting Hours Thursday Sept. 24 ^th from 4-8 pm. At the Nickerson Bourne Funeral Home, 154 Rt 6A, Sandwich. A Funeral Mass will be on Friday at 10:30 am. in Corpus Christi Church, 324 Quaker Meeting House Rd., E. Sandwich. Relatives and friends invited to attend.

Interment to follow at Mass. National Cemetery in Bourne at 12:45 pm.
