Jean D. (MacWilliams) Labadie of East Bridgewater formerly of Pembroke passed away October 18, 2009 at her home in East Bridgewater after a battle with cancer for several years. Beloved wife of Charles “Dick” Labadie. Loving mother of Roderick Perry of Plymouth, Brian Perry of FL, Russell Perry of Plymouth, Lori-Jean Vining of Pembroke, Karl Perry of Lakeville and the late Jeffrey Perry. Sister of Lorraine Irish of Kingston and the late Howard MacWilliams. Grandmother of 15 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Jean worked for the F.L. & J.C. Codman Co. in Rockland for over 30 years. She loved gardening, and she was an avid painter and a talented artist. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Hanson. She also enjoyed summers at the cottage, and spending time with her family.

Visiting hours in the MacKinnon Funeral Home, 760 Washington St., WHITMAN on Wednesday 4-8 pm.

A Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home on Thursday at 10 am. Relatives and friends invited to attend. Interment at Central Cemetery in East Bridgewater.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Old Colony Hospice, 1 Credit Union Way, Randolph, MA 02368
