Son of the late James A. and Ellie (Johnston) Balmer. Loving father of James Balmer and his wife and Christine of Needham, Cheryl Cross and her husband Richard of Millis. Grandfather of Lauren and Jamie Balmer, and Marissa Cross. Brother of the late Ethel Halfyard, Dorothy Balmer, and Robert Balmer.
