Irene Boykin

Irene Boykin died at her home in Marshfield May 20, 2009. She was 68. Devoted mother of Sylvia Leonard of Wareham, Lenora Figeuroa of Brockton, Yvonne Hologitas of Rockland, and Charles Hamblin of Randolph. Sister of Isaac Boykin of CA and Barbara Ellis of OK. Dearest friend of Richard Gannon of Sandwich. Also survived by 12 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Irene was born in Camden, SC. She is a graduate of Barnstable High School, and is also a retired nurse. She has been a resident of Marshfield for the past 40 years. She enjoyed traveling and gardening.
