Bill Yattaw passed away peacefully, at home on July 6, 2009, after a long illness, with his dear friend Robert Tercyak by his side. He is the son of the late Hubert Yattaw and Vilma (Tamborelli) Yattaw. He is survived by his beloved son, Demian Yattaw and his wife, Lauren Yattaw and beloved grandson Gabriel, of Cranston, RI. He is also survived by his brother, Frederick Yattaw and his wife Gale Yattaw of Cranston, RI. He is survived by nieces, Sarah Starck and Megan Yattaw and a nephew Jason Yattaw and all their families. he is also survived by his formerb wife Jean M. (West) Yattaw and many other relatives and friends.
Bill Yattaw lived his life in pusuit of a deep understanding of metaphysics, philosopy, and literature. His passion for knowledge was exceededonly by his desire to instill that knowledge in his only son through a shsred, loving and ongoing dialogue. Demian has, in turn begun this dialogue with his son, Gabriel, and will continue to pursue the beautiful lessons that have been gently and lovingly instilled in him.
Relatives and friends are invited to honor the life of Mr. Yattaw, at the home of his son, Damian Yattaw at 154 Elsie St. Cranston, RI 02910, on Sunday July 12, 2009 from noon to 4 PM.
