Francis Ornellas

Francis Ornellas of Mansfield passed away December 23, 2013 at the Life Care of Raynham after a courageous battle with cancer. Born Taunton MA, he resided in Mansfield, Ma for most of his adult life. Retired from Foxboro Co. in 1988 worked as a machinist. He enjoyed wood working, gardening and fishing in his spare time. He was best known for being able to fix just about anything.
Son of the late Mary (Vieira) and Francisco Ornellas. Husband of the late Bettina (Pedro) Ornellas. Brother to the late Elsie Ornellas, Elvira Strange, Elliot Ornellas and Mary Barreiros. He is survived by his four daughters, Judith McCaffrey of East Taunton, Elsie Sambrato of Cape Coral, FL, Theresa Morrow of Mansfield, and Frankie Ornellas of Raynham. Also survived by 10 Grandchildren and 13 Great Grandchildren
Visiting hours in the MacKinnon Funeral Home 760 Washington St., Whitman on Sunday Dec. 29th 2-4 pm. Relatives and friends invited to attend.
Interment at the Massachusetts National Cemetery on Monday at 12:30 pm.
