Ellen G. Cote

Ellen G. Cote, born on March 8, 1952, in Boston, Massachusetts, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on March 16, 2025, at the age of 73. A graduate of Brockton High School, she was a longtime resident of Bridgewater, MA.

Ellen was the devoted mother of Christopher and Michael Cote and the proud grandmother of Drake, Shea, and Alexa Cote. She was predeceased by her parents, Margaret (Kewer) and James J. Winters, and her brother, James J. Winters Jr. She is survived by a sister.

A lifelong fan of Disney World and Boston sports, Ellen found joy in life’s simple pleasures. Despite facing her own challenges, she had a big heart and expressed her love in her own unique way.

In accordance with her wishes, Ellen was cremated, and her ashes were spread alongside her predeceased family, ensuring she rests eternally with those she loved.

Her family will honor her in their own personal ways, holding close the memories they shared with her.
