Elizabeth Marinelli

Elizabeth A (Bette) Marinelli of Oak Point Middleboro, passed away from cancer, on Christmas Dec. 25, 2015. Born in Quincy and a retired LPN, she was the beloved wife of Mario A Marinelli for 58 years. Loving mother of the late Mario S Marinelli and his wife Lauren Marinelli of Brockton, Laura Marinelli-Smith and her husband Blair Smith of Middleboro and Steven D Marinelli of Derry, NH. Grandmother of Melissa Humphrey, Elena Hopkins, Jennifer Marinelli, all of Brockton. She also adored her five great grandchildren.

Bette was heavily involved in fundraising for Habitat for Humanity for many years. She was an avid quilter and in 2005, organized the Country Peacemakers' Quilt Guild of Oak Point, that makes and contributes quilts to the sick children at Tufts NE Medical Center.

There will be a private remembrance celebration, at a later date, for family and special friends.
