Donna J. (McDougall) Dabrolet of Abington, formerly of Weymouth, passed away peacefully July 24, 2017 surrounded by her loving family after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
Born in Boston, MA, Donna was the eldest daughter to the late Joseph McDougall, Sr and Claire (Ray) McDougall. She loved spending time with family and would do anything for her loved ones. She enjoyed her time with her grandchildren and bragged about them to anyone that would listen. Donna enjoyed Bingo and spending time at the beach. She really loved to cook and was infamous for her sauce. Many are still looking for that recipe.
Loving mother of Deanna Mitchell and her husband Darreck of Abington and George Dabrolet Jr. of Weymouth. Survived by her longtime companion, John McManus of Quincy. Beloved and proud Nonnie of Brendan Dabrolet of Quincy, Ariana and Evelyn Mitchell of Abington. Dear sister of Joseph McDougall of Hanson, Susan Loiurio and her husband Gary of Hanover, Barbara DeVoy and her husband Mark of Weymouth, David McDougall of Weymouth, Robert McDougall of California, Nancy Doran and her husband John of Hanson, Patricia Wentworth and her husband Ken of Whitman, and the late Richard McDougall. She is also survived by 21 cherished nieces and nephews and 18 great nieces and nephews.
All are welcome to join her family for a Remembrance & Celebration of Life on Friday, July 28th from 3-7pm at the Sons of Italy located at 54 Whitman St, Weymouth MA.
