Donald Bowden

It Is with great sadness that Donald Paul Bowden (Daggett) 58, of Hyannis, formerly of Whitman, passed away Saturday, January 28, 2023, at Cape Cod Hospital.

Donald was born October 29, 1964, to the late Edmond Daggett and Theresa

Donald. P Bowden (Daggett) served 8 honorable years in the United States army then he went on to WB Masons where he was a delivery driver. Unfortunately, later in life Donnie developed an incurable neurological illness that caused his whole life to change. Despite the illness Donnie was still known for his inevitability to crack the same few dad jokes and his infectious laugh. Donald is survived by his ex-wife and mother to his four children Staciann Bowden, and kids Jacob (24), Alexandria (23), Nicholas (22), Haley (20),  his many siblings, Alice (Bowden) Jodoin husband Kenneth Jodoin, Scott Daggett wife Tracy (Albino) Daggett, Joseph Daggett wife Jocelyn, Christopher Daggett wife Marlene, Richard Bowden wife Lisa Bowden, Timothy Thayer wife Sarah Thayer (Sarah is deceased), Christopher Thayer, the late Wade (Stanley) Daggett, and many nieces and nephews. Donald was a Godfearing man who despite being sick, will be known for his kind heart and love shown onto others. Donnie now gets the honor that he so longed for; to walk hand in hand with Jesus Christ his Lord and Savior.

A Funeral Mass will take place at the Holy Ghost Parish in Whitman MA on Friday February 10th at 10:30am.
