Anthony Constantine

August 12, 1952 — July 12, 2023

Centerville

Anthony C. Constantine (Tony C). of Centerville, MA died peacefully at home surrounded by his family on July 12, 2023. He was one month shy of his 71st birthday, and he had recently celebrated his milestone wedding anniversary with his devoted wife, Constance (Connie) of 50 years.

Anthony was born in Boston, MA and was raised in Brookline, attending Brookline public schools until attending boarding school at Laurel Crest Academy. He later worked under his father Charles Constantine at Boston Music Company while taking classes at  Boston College. His dream was to leave the busy city life and relocate his family to Cape Cod for a quieter, more peaceful life by the water. He moved his family from Brookline to Cape Cod while continuing his career in sales.

A true outdoorsman, he enjoyed hiking, fishing, archery, and camping in the woods. He also had a way with words on the written page. Whether participating in local writing groups or regaling his children, grandchildren, and grandnieces, he was always ready to tell an amazing story.

In addition to his wife, he leaves his son, Charles of Centerville; his daughter, Dena Giggie and her husband Stephen of Wellesley; and his two beloved grandchildren, Sophia and Nico Giggie. He is also survived by his brother, James; sister, Mary Joyce; and many nieces and nephews including: Jayson Joyce, Chelsea Joyce, and their children Camina and Calliope; Christopher Constantine; Kara Flannery, her husband C.J., and her daughter Elenna Rae; and Andrea Constantine.

Memorial services will be private.
