Shawn Fahey

Shawn R. Fahey of Pembroke died suddenly January 29, 2017. He was 41. Son of Kathleen (McCoole) Fahey and the late Robert F. Fahey of Pembroke. Beloved father of Shawn R. Fahey, Jr. and Connor Fahey of Rockland. Former husband of Rachel Fahey of Rockland. Brother of Michael and Shannon Fahey of Pembroke. Also survived by his grandmother Josephine McCoole of Rockland, his aunts and uncles Maureen and her husband David Reardon, Linda Van Etta, Mary and her husband Carlton Miller, Jim McCoole and the late Peter McCoole, and many cousins.

Shawn was a disabled U.S. Navy Veteran. The Navy gave Shawn the opportunity to see many place in the world to feed his adventurous spirit. He would return with many stories and experiences. Shawn had a quick wit, ready smile and was always the life of the party. Loved by his family and friends, Shawn will be sorely missed. Always remember the happy times spent with him. Special thanks to the Brockton VA Hospital for their work with our veterans.

By request of the family services will be private and a private interment with Military Honors will be held at the Mass. National Cemetery in Bourne.
