John T. "Inky" Sheehan Sr. of Pembroke formerly of Dorchester September 18, 2011 age 62, retired Boston Firefighter Engine 16.Beloved husband of Madelyn "Lynn" E. (Mattson) Sheehan. Loving father of Kimberly M. Peters and her husband Brian of Raynham and John 'Jay"T. Sheehan Kingston Firefighter and his fiancée Marybeth MacKinnon of Pembroke. Grandfather of Brian Peters Jr. of Raynham.Son of the late Edmund J. "Inky" Sheehan retired District Chief District 7 Boston F.D. and the late Catherine (Melly)Sheehan.
Visiting hours in the MacKinnon Funeral Home 760 Washington St. Whitman Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9.
Funeral Mass in St Thecla's Church 145 Washington St (Rte. 53) Pembroke on Thursday morning at 11 AM. Relatives and friends respectfully invited to attend.
Internment Centre Cemetery, Pembroke.
